Afternoon camp without dinner: 17:30 hs to 20:15 hs. Reception: welcome with mate, fried cakes and coffee. Sheep herding with dogs and shearing demonstration. Visit to the old shearing shed. Walk along the "Arroyo Calafate" trail. Interpretation of flora. Mulled wine at Mirador del Arroyo with lamb tasting. Tour through the organic vegetable garden and first constructions of the Estancia. Local artisan weavers show us the process of spinning and weaving. Projection of a video in recognition of the pioneer families. Afternoon in the countryside with dinner: 17:30 hs to 22:30 hs. As detailed in the previous item plus: Folkloric Show of local artists. Dinner at "El Quincho" Restaurant: - Welcome drink. - Eggplant escabeche and empanadas criollas. - Grilled lamb with rustic potatoes. - Mix of meats, chorizo and blood sausage with a set of salads. - Choice: Apple and red fruit crumble with cream ice cream or pancakes with dulce de leche.
