Authentic Estancia Patagonian hull, the house of El Pedral is a museum in itself. It is as attractive for its history as for its particular design. The Hotel de Campo is located in the old Estancia's old house built in 1923 by Don Félix Arbeletche. The house still preserves in its warm rooms the style of those years. The program includes full board. We invite you to enjoy reading in our library, the fire in the salamander in the living room, as well as the incomparable view from the loft. Meals are served in the main house, while in the two adjoining wings are the rooms, which can be double, twin or triple rooms upon request. At the southern end of the mouth of Golfo Nuevo is the Punta Ninfas lighthouse, from where you get stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the gulf. It is a very good program to enjoy the sunset or the moonrise over the sea."},{"insert":"- Observe Elephant Seal Colony: ", "attributes":{"bold":true},{"insert": "The beaches at the foot of the cliff at Punta Ninfas are the natural habitat of an important colony of elephant seals, where they can be observed in small groups throughout the year. In mid-September, the males arrive to "mark their terrain", and later on they start to form and expand their harem. We arrive by car, just 15 minutes from the house, at the end of the road that leads to the Punta Ninfas lighthouse where there is a descent to the beach. Once on the coast we can walk along the beach and watch the animals closely. It is very important not to disturb them, so it is recommended to approach them crouched and slowly, in order to get good pictures without them feeling attacked or invaded."},{"insert":"- Guided walk among Magellanic Penguins:", "attributes":{"bold":true},{"insert":" Every year in September, a growing colony of friendly Magellanic penguins settles in El Pedral.
